Salary: up to £22,000 dependent on experience

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a growing HR team based in Bolton.

You should be capable of drawing insight from data to support the HR Director and team in delivering an exceptional HR service. A key focus will be to deliver accurate reporting of data in a consistent format, working closely with key HR colleagues to improve the quality of that data and reporting. 

You will be responsible for governing information within the database and driving continuous improvement of processes across the HR system. The role will also include responsibility for providing technical assistance and HR systems related training to other colleagues and business users, processing ad-hoc management information requests and supporting on HRIS projects.


Who we are looking for?

We are looking to recruit an experienced HR Systems Administrator into our Group HR Shared Services team.  We require a candidate with experience of working with HR database systems, data entry and preparing database reports to generate HR management information.

The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills particularly Excel, and experience of working with HR database systems, manipulating and interpreting information/data to establish patterns and trends.  You should have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and possess excellent organisational skills, with a talent for prioritising a busy work schedule.

This role requires a high attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines whilst working under pressure.
