Salary: up to £21,500 per annum

About the Role

Foster carers play a crucial role in promoting good outcomes for children in their care. In order to meet the challenges ahead NFA provide a high standard of learning and development opportunities to foster carers. We are now seeking to strengthen our existing team by appointing to this role.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team player who has had previous experience in an administrative role within professional services or social/foster care.

You will assist in co-ordinating the learning and development associated with NFA Group Foster Carer Training Courses, and support the Training & Development Managers and trainers in a number of tasks.

You must have excellent communication skills with all levels of Management, be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint to produce monthly reports for the training team, it would be advantageous to have experience of working with CHARMS or Lotus Notes. You must also have excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work remotely and independently, setting priorities to meet tight deadlines. You must also have the ability to take ownership of key tasks and issues to ensure delivery of Training objectives
